Project for Assisting the Executive Agencies of this Country in Reinforcing Resource Recycling ,2014

Absrtact
This plan was being executed between August 21, 2014 and late June of 2015. The main goal was to assist the Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) in the promotion of its recycling policies, and to improve the effectiveness of enforcement agencies. Following goals were achieved: 1. Drafted the 2015 Recycling Project Plan, and assisted with the inspection of enforcement agencies’ recycling project plan as well as following through with the execution and allocation of funds. 2. Assisted with the inspection of the 2015 Reimbursement Plan, and to follow through with progress and allocation of funds. 3. Evaluation of 2014 recycling plan. Execution of field inspections and to facilitate confirmation meetings. 4. Inspected and assisted the enforcement agencies with data collection in the four major systems to ensure data accuracy. 5. Assisted with the recycling campaign at the Dajia Matzu Holy Pilgrimage and the Kenting Music Festival, as well as recycling industrial meetings and staff professional training, for better promotional effects. 6. Established recycling vehicle baseline data and assessed the number of recycling vehicles needed nationally. Drafted the plan of mechanical upgrades and the supply contracts of recycling vehicles and shovel loaders. 7. Went onsite in 3 counties/cities and 16 towns to give suggestions in improving the effectiveness of recycling. 8. Visited Tokyo, Kanagawa and small appliance recycling processing and certification companies for their recycling operation mechanism and set up a policy exchange channel. 9. Consolidated execution agencies’ recycling image innovation progress and improved the overall image of recycling.
